Writing is an amazing tool that connects us with our deepest selves. Numerous studies have shown that expressive and creative writing reduces stress, helps people heal from trauma, and alleviates the symptoms and suffering of people facing health challenges.
I designed Write Well! as a structured program for people wanting to improve their health, support healing and increase happiness through writing.
It’s a safe and supportive space where you’ll use a variety of writing exercises to get in touch with your emotions and needs. You explore your own story and examine how to reframe your experience to increase self-compassion and understanding. And you learn how to use writing an ongoing basis as a tool to support your wellbeing.
